I want to put some wide foot pegs on my 74 Elsinore cr250m. I see VMX & AMS sell them. Anybody have some input on the pegs these vendors sell or another vendor. What`s your thoughts / advice?

I have used Yamaha YZ250F pegs from a '01 & '02 models with great success. Minor grinding and a cut of one coil of the spring is all that is required. I'm sure other models pegs will work too if you look. Just make sure you weld the peg mounts where they attach to the frame - they are a known weak area that needs to be beefed up if you are going to race it.
